Pinnacle Collective Agri Fund

Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: 2026-07-01

These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the Pinnacle Collective Agri Fund (“Programme”), operated by Pinnacle Life & Investments, a division of Artemisia Afra Enterprises (Pty) Ltd (“the Company”).

1. Acceptance

By enrolling in the Programme, the Participant confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, together with the Participation Agreement and any applicable Programme Rules.

2. Eligibility

Participants must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age or otherwise have legal capacity to contract.
  • Provide accurate and complete information during enrolment.
  • Comply with all Programme requirements.

3. Programme Participation

The Programme provides access to professionally managed livestock farming through fixed participation terms.

The Company is responsible for:

  • Livestock procurement;
  • Feeding and nutrition;
  • Veterinary care;
  • Breeding management;
  • Farm security;
  • General livestock management; and
  • Administrative record keeping.

4. Participation Terms

The Company may offer participation terms of 12 months, 24 months, or other periods announced from time to time.

Participation begins once:

  • the application has been approved; and
  • the first payment has been received.

5. Monthly Fees

Participants agree to pay the applicable monthly participation fee on or before the due date.

Late payments may result in:

  • reminder notices;
  • administrative charges where permitted by law;
  • suspension of programme benefits; or
  • cancellation in accordance with the Company’s Cancellation and Default Policy.

6. Programme Management

The Company manages livestock as part of professionally operated farming systems.

Operational decisions relating to animal welfare, herd management, breeding, veterinary treatment, feeding programmes, transportation and farm management remain solely at the discretion of the Company.

7. Communication

Participants consent to receiving communications by email, SMS, WhatsApp, telephone or other approved electronic methods relating to the administration of the Programme.

8. Changes to the Programme

The Company may reasonably amend operational procedures, administrative processes or Programme features where necessary to improve operations, comply with applicable law or respond to operational requirements.

Material changes affecting Participants will be communicated where reasonably practicable.

9. Participant Responsibilities

Participants agree to:

  • provide accurate information;
  • notify the Company of any changes to their contact details;
  • make payments on time; and
  • comply with all Programme documentation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, consequential or incidental losses arising from participation in the Programme.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by law.

11. Intellectual Property

All Programme branding, content, trademarks, logos, documentation and marketing material remain the property of Artemisia Afra Enterprises (Pty) Ltd or its licensors.

12. Complaints

Participants may submit complaints in writing to the Company’s designated customer support channels.

The Company will investigate complaints and respond within a reasonable period.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is declared invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Participation Agreement and applicable Programme policies, constitute the entire agreement between the Company and the Participant.
